Library The school proves the facility of a spacious and an up-to-date library to its students. There are more than 10,000 books on various subjects. These are added on by regular journals and periodicals on Literature, Science, Business, Social Science and Technology etc. A competent, qualified and helpful staff assists the students in optimum utilization of library resources. From this session (i.e. 2005-06) each floor has been provided with separate library. Pre- Primary sections have a reading corner in this air-cooled section. Primary and middle sections have their libraries comprising books according to the standard of students. A big and up to date library enhanced reading skill of student from standard IX to XII. Computer Education Keeping up with the recent boom in the information technology the school offers computer science as a part of the curriculum right from Std. I to Std. XII. The computer education department is competent enough to meet the growing demand in the areas of systems software. The school has two computer laboratories designed differently to meet the needs of juniors and seniors separately. The computers are updated from time to time with latest modems. Colored monitors with internet and other facilities have been provided. Each floor has been furnished with its separate computer lab. Laboratories Education imparted in the recent times has the responsibility to scientific knowledge along with professional practices. St. Edmunds uses latest technologies in the laboratories for the students of Physcics, Chemistry, Biology & Home Science. Besides this the C.B.S.E. curriculum has stressed the necessity of practical knowledge to the student keeping in the view. Primary and middle sections have been facilitated with their individual labs of Maths, Science, Social Science Evs and Art-Craft. Dance and Music To keep the students in touch with their cultural heritage Dance and Music have been made a part of the curriculum.
