The canopy of the school was embedded with 50 children and 5 teachers at 15, Park Street in the year 1975 and in 1980, the institution shifted to its present building. Now we can boast of 1000 happy children. In 1986 our batch of children for secondary examinations (CBSE) were sent. In 1998 we sent our first batch of students for senior secondary examination (CBSE) in three streams-Humanities, Science and Commerce examination. Analysis of last three years results are appended. The journey for the school at Salt Lake started in the year 1998 amidst lush green lawns which create an atmosphere of tranquility. The school started from classes LKG, to IV and now it is upto class X. Every year a class increased and the target is to make it a Senior Secondary School. The growth of the school from 50 students and 5 teachers to its present strength would not have been possible without the active involvement and encouragement from a very positive school Managing Committee headed by Mr. Jit Paul and Mrs Shirin Paul (Chairperson).
